Bio
Born and raised in Milan, Mattia discovered his passion for dance at the age of 10 at a local ballet school before transitioning to the esteemed academy, Aida, just one year later.
After turning 16, he was honored with a prestigious scholarship from the San Francisco Ballet School, a transformative opportunity that called him across continents to California. Immersed in the vibrant dance scene of San Francisco, he eagerly embraced every moment of growth and learning, laying the foundation for a remarkable career ahead.
After graduating in 2019, Mattia joined Tulsa Ballet II, where he showcased his versatility and talent in a variety of roles for both the second and main company productions. His time with Tulsa Ballet II was marked by artistic fulfillment and personal growth in both classical and contemporary works, amidst the exciting atmosphere of creativity and collaboration.
In 2021, Mattia embarked on a new chapter with the Cleveland Ballet, bringing his unique style and passion to the stage, and continuing to captivate audiences with his grace and artistry.
